As we age, our bodies naturally lose muscle mass and bone density, which can lead to a higher risk of injury and chronic conditions such as osteoporosis.
Strength training can help to slow down this process and improve overall health and quality of life.
Regular and consistent resistance training also boosts metabolism and aids in weight management!

About the Workouts:
They're for you if you want to improve your overall fitness, get started on a resistance training program, reduce the risk of sarcopenia and osteoporosis, be accountable, workout in a group setting, and strength train safely and without frustration or confusion.

Beginners and those new to strength training are welcome however please note that this is not personal training and personalized instruction will not be provided. These classes will focus on combining strength exercises using dumbbells and mini bands with core work and cardiovascular intervals at times.

NOTE: These are NOT going to be overly complicated workouts but will stick to a muscle fatigue and muscle development format for women that works with our hormones in peri/menopause - not against them.
​
Workouts will follow an Upper Body Wednesday and Lower Body Friday format.
Options may be provided for various exercises when applicable.
You are always welcome to join and go at your own pace, use the replays and take more time for rest, etc. as required.

FORMAT: follow along as I demonstrate the entire workout.

You'll automatically be added to all Wednesday and Friday classes starting September 11th and running until November 1st.

You don't need to book classes individually. Signing up gives you access to all 16 classes AND replays.
