I've created this online version to give you 24/7 access to the workouts and calendars so that you could do it anytime. The workouts are very real, and down to earth showing a non glamourous me putting in the work. It's not about how I look, it's about how effective the workouts are - and they ARE (if you do them!). This plan is designed for individuals of all fitness levels who are looking to improve their health and well-being without the need for a gym.
