14 Day Walk at Home Fitness Challenge
A great way to kickstart your fitness and health in the new year! The A 14-day Walk at Home Challenge will help you feel stronger, more energized, and step into a healthier you! 10 workouts just 15-20 minutes long, all done standing!

About the event
Get your steps and STRENGTH in - from the comfort of your home, office, or anywhere. No icy roads or shoveling required!
Every workout is just 15-20 minutes long, can be done at home, and is all done standing while walking! You'll receive access to a total of 10 walk at home workouts that incorporate strength + core + steps! to "pump up" your results add a dumbbell (for the daily workout option) or 2 dumbbells (for the 2x a day walking workout option) and an optional mini band.
Or do it without any equipment at all. It's simple and easy.
