3. How much time will I need to dedicate to this program?
Each week, I recommend you spend a minimum of 30–60 minutes going through the lesson at your own pace. Additionally, you’ll have time to complete that week’s action item(s), which can be personalized based on your schedule. On average, the total time commitment will be about 1–2 hours per week, but you can always move through the material at your own speed. Each weekly module will be released every 7 days to prevent skipping through quickly and overwhelm.
4. Will I be doing intense workouts or long cardio sessions?
No! This program is designed to be gentle on your body while still being effective. It focuses on hormone-supporting workouts that are metabolism-boosting and involve strength training, rather than long, exhausting cardio sessions. The goal is to get stronger and more energized, not drained.
Upon registration you'll receive not only immediate access to your member online learning area (everything is built into that for you, each module (released every 7 days!), action items, handouts and resources, but you will also get immediate access to done for you, ready to use workout programs (access will remain for the duration of the program).
I will recommend that you participate in a minimum of 2 strength focused workouts each week.

5. Do I need to follow a strict diet plan?
Absolutely NOT.
WHY? This program helps you learn how to identify your own unique nutritional needs as a woman in perimenopause and menopause. I’ll guide you through how to align your food choices with your body’s changing hormones, so you can make the best choices for yourself.
The goal is to do away with restrictive meal plan "templates" and empower yourself to know how much to eat, what to eat and when to eat it so that you're liberated from counting every calorie - and stressing about it!
This approach helps you step off the hamster wheel of following restrictive plans that aren’t adjusted to your results and needs... most often leaving you gaining MORE weight and becoming MORE frustrated (and broke!). You will receive sample macronutrient meal plans AND recipes!
6. What if I have dietary restrictions or food preferences?
No problem!
The program’s approach is adaptable to a variety of dietary needs. Whether you’re vegetarian, gluten-free, or have other dietary preferences, you choose what you do or don't eat by creating a plan that works for your body and your lifestyle.
7. How long will it take to see results?
Results will vary from person to person, but many women start to feel improvements in energy, mood, and sleep within the first few weeks. Weight loss and body composition changes may take a little longer (realistically 6 months or more), but by following the program consistently, you’ll start seeing lasting changes that go beyond the scale.
This program focuses on overall well-being, not just weight loss.
I'm going to be VERY REAL here... in perimenopause and menopause it can take 6, 12 months or longer to get the lasting changes and total body transformation you want.
I'm just being real - because if you're reading this far you are DONE with the stuff that hasn't, isn't and won't work anymore!
Doing it any other way is the shortcut way that leads to an even worse destination (more stress, more insulin issues, more weight gain etc.).
8. Is there any ongoing support once the program ends?
You'll have access to the program content area for 6 months (and all the free workouts for 3 months) so you can keep re-doing, reviewing and improving results! You won’t be left alone once you finish the 12 weeks—you’ll have the tools and support to continue your transformation and maintain your progress from what you've learned. 9. What happens if I can’t keep up with the lessons or feel overwhelmed?
This program is meant to fit into your life at your own pace. AND... you have access for 6 months. If you feel overwhelmed, you can take a break and come back when you're ready. The program is designed to be flexible and support you where you’re at—whether you need to slow down or pick up the pace.
