The Workouts:
Designed to help those of all fitness abilities strength train safely and without frustration or confusion.
​
These classes will focus on combining strength exercises using dumbbells and mini bands with core work and cardiovascular intervals at times.
​
​Workouts will follow a more lower body workout one day and a more upper body workout the other. Varying between dumbbells, bodyweight, mini bands, mobility, strength and some cardio.
Options and challenge may be provided for various exercises when applicable.
You are always welcome to join and go at your own pace, use the replays and take more time for rest, etc. as required.

FORMAT: follow along as I demonstrate the entire workout.
